I dont understand why people feel the need to make promises they have no intentions of keeping or proclaiming a course of action they are too cowardly to actually do. When did taking yourself up like a television advertisement become such a big thing?

I wish it was a rare thing to see but it isnt just personal shit, the boys thats mommies spent their childhood telling them they were special while social media allowed them to culivate this illusion of being something more grand as they stand on their soapbox thinking their problems are so much more then the shit going on in the world. Ive got a few of those that give me migraines every day because they effect my work station.

I have seriously no time for mommies little champions when ive got departments that need tending among other things. One in particular whom thinks everything he makes is perfect and thats farthest from the truth. If you are almost 20 years old and still think going to your pediatrician makes you look like a grown man you are sadly mistaken. I have absolutely 0 time to treat you like the important cog in the wheel you think you are.

Those types are the reason why im concerned for the future. No respect, no work ethic, lacks the ability to stay on task, refuses to learn, and does not believe in earning rungs up the leadership ladder. Feels they know everything.
